Initiative details First Counselling Appointment Completion, Annual Review, and Debt Management Program Completion

The Credit Counselling Society (CCS) provides free, confidential credit counselling and low-cost debt solutions to support and empower Canadians. Clients are surveyed at 3 intervals (First Counselling Appointment Completion, Annual Review, and Debt Management Program Completion) to measure the effectiveness of the guidance and assistance provided, as well as the resulting short- and long-term behavioural impacts.
